One of the great things about hanging out in Ol' Bert at the beach is the amount of visitors you get. From friends and family to customers from the coffee shop where I work to tourists, everyone stops by for a cuppa and a chat. Someone suggested calling Ol' Bert, The Van Dweller Cafe as i'm always making tea and it seems to have stuck. Naturally I don't charge anyone but the kettle is always on and I always have to keep a good supply of tea, milk, sugar and biscuits in the cupboard!
